Andrew joined as Head of Westpac Advertising at Westpac Group in November 2017, tasked with developing world class communications for the business. With over twelve years of marketing and advertising experience, he is responsible for the delivery of all advertising programs across the consumer and business bank. He leads a team of highly motivated individuals, all tasked with developing effective and creative marketing outcomes.

Prior to Westpac, Andrew led the MLA Australian marketing team. Under Andrew’s leadership, the team was consistently recognised as one of the leading marketing teams in the country, including MFA Marketing Team of the Year and Effie’s Effective Advertiser of the Year.

During his advertising career Andrew worked at Publicis Mojo Sydney, where he applied his trade across desirable brands including Virgin Mobile, Lion, Qantas and Toyota.
