George McEncroe is a teacher turned writer turned comedian turned broadcaster turned entrepreneur. With each life transition George has adapted her skills to meet the needs of her circumstances, and like most women found herself growing between the cracks. The slabs of the immovable objects of food preparation for her children, their dental and sporting committments and endless loads of washing have not been enough to stop her and in fact have often provided the source of inspiration for her work. Her latest endeavour  was inspired by her daughter’s growing fears of using the current transport options and George’s own need to increase her income post divorce.

As a single mum of 4 kids George just had to find ways to keep money coming in but realised she was onto something much bigger when she conceived of Shebah.
