Peter is Director of Second Impressions at The Works, a creative agency that currently sits in the top 25 Best Places to Work in Asia Pacific.

Running The Works internal café, Peter is the energy source for the agency. 

Peter started his coffee journey at the Darcy St Project, an organisation that uses barista courses to break the cycle of unemployment in disadvantaged communities.

Aside from fuelling The Works with energy and happiness, Pete is a mentor at Auslan Only Weekender and aims to breakdown the barriers for the hearing-impaired community.
