Amy ‘Fritz’ Fridlund

Amy ‘Fritz’ Fridlund is passionate about asking ‘scary’ questions. Every day she is driven to find new ways to understand the human condition through the intersection of disciplines – biology and art, culture and economics.

A former qualitative researcher underpinned by her background in anthropology and design, Fritz has a special interest in championing gender equality causes in business. As a speaker, presenter and author, she headlined Kantar’s Winning With Women summit in 2018, and is the lead author for Kantar’s Ad Reaction report that reveals global insights into gender and diversity in media and marketing. She is also the host of Kantar’s Bite Size Insights podcast series and has had numerous articles published in Australia and the UK on topics including designing to the edges, gender intelligent design and neuroscience in storytelling.
