His breadth of experience across agency, RPO and internal environments has provided a strong working knowledge of best practice strategic recruitment and HR management across an array of industry sectors including banking & finance, IT, retail and media.

A passionate advocate for the value of organisational diversity and inclusion, Arthur proactively supports businesses in understanding the business case and value of a diverse and inclusive workforce, as well as how to foster and embed D+I across all organisational levels. As Strategic Recruitment Manager for Southern Cross Austereo, Arthur is currently leading SCA’s focus in this area ensuring SCA attracts and retains a diverse workforce.
